On Wealth

Andrew Davis will present “On Wealth” by Rev. Emilie Boggis, Minister with the Beacon UU Congregation in Summit (New Jersey). Boggis suggests that “wealth” is defined by what we count. In her sermon, she cites the Fisherman’s Parable, in which the banker is rich, but the fisherman is wealthy. “We’re all blessed, and we’re all blighted, the old man tells Chief Inspector Gamache. Every day each of us counts our sums. The question is, what do we count?

Also this week, we’ll hear special music from Corey Swertfager.
