Celebrating Spring at Ostara

Although the church is closed through March, please join us online for the live Sunday Service using Zoom Worship Invitation. You may also like to follow along using the Order of Service. Linda Jordan explains the significance of Saturday, March 20 on the Pagan Calendar.  Ostara, the second of the solar festivals is celebrated at the Spring Equinox, acknowledging the arrival of spring and the awakening of the maiden goddess from her long sleep.  The snows of winter have melted leaving the earth supple and moist.  The world seems ready to awaken with newness and possibility.
