When Vivien joined 1st UU 9 years ago, she felt she had been a Unitarian Universalist all her life without knowing it. For her, 1st UU has been “a chance to grow, find out what I’m good at to make myself useful, and to set goals beyond my limits.” It was initially the Seven Principles which compelled her to sign up, in addition to the friendliness of the congregation, inclusiveness, and social justice activities. Vivien lives near WSU with her philosophy professor husband Bob Feleppa and two Australian Cattle Dogs, Bandit and Liberty Belle. She travels when she can, goes to movies, and makes miniature gardens.
