Homily or Hominy

Many churches have begun using an old Easter custom begun by the early Greek Christians – “Bright Sunday” or “Holy Humor Sunday” was celebrated on the Sunday after Easter.  But this is a Unitarian Universalist Church and we seldom do things the orthodox way.  Join us this Sunday for some fun and laughter and maybe even a couple of “light bulb jokes”.  You know, how many UUs does it take to change a light bulb?  None, they believe it must change itself.

The church has reopened for vaccinated in-person Sunday Services – social distancing and masks are requested. Or you may join us online for the live service using the Zoom Invitation.  You may also like to follow along using the Order of Service and the Hymn Lyrics & Responsive Reading.
