Commissioner Lacey Cruse will share the work being done with the Mental Health and Substance Abuse Coalition and how a system-wide change is in order to help those struggling. She will also touch on how our current criminal justice system plays a vital role in society but must shift from a punishment mentality to one more focused on  rehabilitation in order to see real, tangible change.
