Rev. Joe Mohr presents, “The Short Ham.” Change is a universal and imminent phenomenon. Why, when, and how you change is entirely up to you, but how you respond can completely change your experience. Time and time again, resisting change has demonstrated a decrease in enjoyability or even caused further harm. Whether change is “good” or “bad,” the heft of interpersonal work is about accepting and adapting. Once that work is completed, you can begin understanding your role amid change. Are you a herald? A Harbinger? Or are you the old guard who tests the veracity of the new thing?
