Robert Moody, Attorney-at-Law, will lead a workshop for those interested in learning how to assist community members in the removal of an arrest or conviction from the record (expungement). Learn how the process works from start to finish, what can and cannot be expunged, what legal hassles might ensue for citizens who assist with the paperwork. Learn how HealthCORE in Wichita assists with expungements as well. There will be no work toward expunging records at this workshop, only learning how First UU members and others might support future expungements. The workshop is open to anyone in the community.
