The Occasional Book Club has chosen Margaret Atwood’s novel Oryx and Crake for its November discussion. The novel follows Snowman, formerly known as Jimmy, on his journey through a post
genetically engineered plague world where he may be the only remaining human. Snowman’s journey is one of survival and an examination of the past that resulted in his current condition.
